More sightings…

April 9th, 2006

I’ve finished another canvas for my Birds & Abominable Snowmen show. In size, it’s the first piece’s twin (24×36), and has a similar colour scheme.

Close Encounter

Next I’ll have to tackle some smaller canvases and see how that goes.

    That’s real purty.

I really like the tree. The texture on the bark is simple enough to match the style of the bird but detailed enough to still be convincing. Really cool.

Ooh! A bird and trees. Sooo indie :P
I really love the feel of it, Ripsey. It has a serenity that I really appreciate in art. It took me some time to see the yeti. Or is it just a cloud that has my imagination going?
Any chances of selling prints of it?

Yup that’s a big yeti! I didn’t have any plans for prints as this is acrylic on canvas… but maybe if I can get a decent photograph…
