The 500+
Every Month/Week/Day I stumble across more and more amazing artists’ websites; people who’s work I may never have discovered had it not been for the internet. My bookmarks folder is constantly brimming with treasures and names I’m sure will one day be associated with the greatest artists of our time; some (arguably) already are!
These talented individuals hail from all four corners of the globe; from Toronto to Taipei… some are professionals with years of experience, some are students – others just hobbyists. Nevertheless, each website has given me some insight into my own developing art; be that an inspiration, a technique or simply a demonstration of what can be done if one has the drive and willpower to succeed.
I am proud to present (in alphabetical order), The 500+… over five hundred artists that inspire me with their body of work, their determination, and their dedication to art. I plan on keeping this list growing, adding links as I come across them… so feel free to keep this link as a resource!

I was looking through these a little while ago, and I found one artist I really REALLY liked. Of course I forgot to bookmark it and I was wondering if you could tell me the name of him. I’m pretty sure it was a him, I think it was a japanese name and his style was somewhat similar to Chiho Aoshima, only more in browns and a little more intricate. If you have any ideas could you email me back? Thank you Very much.
